Global and Strategic Account Coordinator
In this role, you will support the global account management of one of our largest and most complex global financial services accounts, contributing to sales and program management, account communications, coordination, and administrative activities. Working under the leadership of the Global Account Manager and in close collaboration with the Account Relationship Director and Global Lead Partner, you will be integral to delivering seamless account operations and achieving strategic objectives.
In parallel, you will support strategic account management for smaller but strategic regional clients, driving business growth, collaboration amongst internal teams, and ultimately increasing client satisfaction. This role plays a critical part in balancing the global coordination of larger accounts with the tailored, region-specific strategies needed for smaller accounts, helping to foster long-term partnerships and revenue expansion across the wider financial services market.

Your contribution to KPMG
Support the Global Account Manager and leadership team in coordinating global account strategy and execution.
Build and maintain relationships with regional account teams across the various key locations (Switzerland, US, UK, APAC).
Assist in client meeting preparation, proposal development, and support the client onboarding process globally.
Communicate client and internal requirements to the client service team and ensure alignment with contractual obligations.
Manage specific account activities including global communications, client service team meetings, account plans, and account-based marketing initiatives.
Drive account management for select Strategic Local Market clients, ensuring seamless coordination, collaboration, and go-to-market activities across the respective client segment.
Collaborate with internal teams (capability leads, regional leads, marketing, operations) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor account performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular reporting to clients and internal stakeholders.
This is what makes you successful
Bachelor's degree and ideally 3-4 years of relevant work experience; Proven track record in a large, highly professional, dynamic, and international environment (Big 4 and/or experience in the Financial Services sector is a plus).
Strong account/project management and coordination skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
Proven ability to work and build relationships cross-functionally and geographically with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders from various backgrounds/levels.
A proactive, confident, and entrepreneurial mindset that enables you to provide value across all account management activities.
Strong business acumen.
Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. French is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools, with the ability to effectively leverage these for reporting, presentations, and collaboration.
