Job Description:
We are seeking an East Coast Account Executive to drive growth by building and nurturing relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondent partners throughout the East Coast region. This individual will understand the needs of brokers, communicate with clarity and confidence, and thrive on helping partners grow their pipelines with competitive products and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage relationships with mortgage brokers and correspondents in the East Coast territory
* Educate partners on our full suite of loan products, including Non-QM and alternative lending solutions
* Identify opportunities to help partners expand their business through strategic product offerings
* Provide regular product training, pipeline reviews, and business planning support to ensure successful transactions
* Serve as the face of our company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth, timely transactions and top-tier service
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a mortgage Account Executive or in a similar sales role
* Existing relationships with brokers and correspondents on the East Coast
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products and industry trends
* Proven ability to hit sales goals and grow territory revenue through effective relationship-building and communication
* Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
