Swiss Post Cybersecurity provides security solutions to protect digital assets and data, all developed and operated in Switzerland. Formed in 2024 from terreActive and Hacknowledge, we are a Swiss Post subsidiary headquartered in Aarau, with offices in Morges, Zurich and Luxembourg. We enhance cyber resilience with Swiss precision and innovation.

* Lead and mentor the marketing team with 4 people
* Set team goals, track progress, and ensure alignment with the department and company objectives
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy to enhance our brand presence
* Oversee the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns and maintain a consistent brand message across channels
* Plan and execute internal and external events, including the coordination with vendors and partners
* Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts
* Build strong relationships with internal teams, media and partners including the Marketing and Branding team of Swiss Post
* 5+ years of experience in marketing and communication roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory position
* Proven track record of successfully managing marketing and communication strategies, events and teams
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, media relations, and event management
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple projects with strategic focus
* Willingness to travel within Switzerland and abroad, especially to Morges on a regular basis (3-5 times per month)
* C1 in English and French or German with B2 in French or German
