Retail Procurement Project Manager
We are looking for a Retail Procurement Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract from April 2025.
You will report to the Head of Retail Procurement and support Maisons in sourcing Retail Services and Products, such as General Contractor, Millwork, and Architects. You will execute sourcing strategies for the Retail category that deliver best value in terms of quality, service, and total cost of ownership.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Contribute to global category management :
Engage stakeholders in multi-Maisons projects, workshops, forums, and global agreements.
Provide category intelligence and project management expertise (spend and risks analysis, best practices).
Contribute to implement the categories strategy and best practices across Maisons and Regions.
Setup and manage processes and tools.
Launch and manage value creation initiatives.
Monitor and report performance.
Support stakeholders in their sourcing and supplier management activities :
Work in close collaboration with stakeholders and animate the community.
Contribute actively to the definition of requirements and perform procurement actions in accordance with Group policies.
Negotiate the best conditions TCO wise (pricing, terms and conditions, SLA, etc.).
Provide procurement support for the duration of projects.
Manage supplier relationships, business reviews, and continuous improvement.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
You are a procurement or project manager professional with 7+ years of experience in an international and structured environment.
You have strong collaboration skills and are capable of engaging a large stakeholders’ community.
You act as a team player to create the right dynamic to achieve the defined objectives and deliver the best value.
You have excellent communication skills and are capable of engaging, influencing, and working with diverse and demanding stakeholders in a challenging and fast-evolving environment to build and drive collaborations, foster best practices, and deliver concrete results.
You are curious and capable of thinking outside the box to provide creative solutions.
You are autonomous, structured, and have excellent analytical skills.
You are fluent in both English and French.
