VF Corporation is seeking a talented Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager - EMEA to join our CSI/Strategy EMEA team in Stabio, Switzerland.
Role Overview
We are looking for an exceptional individual who can deliver results by fulfilling the following aspects of the Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager – EMEA role:
1. Manage the learning agenda of multiple brands in the VF portfolio in EMEA, partnering with Brand teams to identify learning gaps and opportunities to inform and drive in-market commercialization success.
2. Execute the learning plan effectively to address business questions and inform decision-making timely.
3. Work closely with external data and research partners to execute research flawlessly and foster value-adding working relationships.
4. Develop clear, actionable, and impactful communications of research results/findings and business implications.
5. Manage CSI resources to maximize investments for the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and build CSI capabilities and best practices, identifying new tools, data sources, and partnerships to optimize the existing CSI toolbox and roster of vendors.
2. Pilot and recommend new capabilities to advance and increase the impact of CSI in the business.
3. Build use cases and embed new capabilities within EMEA.
Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing
1. Contribute to building consumer, shopper, and market knowledge across brands in the region, identifying opportunities to re-apply learning across brands.
2. Collaborate with other data and insight teams within the region to cross-fertilize different data/sources to enrich learning and perspectives around specific brand/business questions.
3. Leverage data and capabilities from external digital and e-com partners to address learning agendas.
Global Collaboration
1. Leverage global insights to activate them with Brand teams in the region.
2. Share relevant EMEA insights with global CSI/Brand teams to inform global brand strategies and workstreams.
3. Help assess and recommend the adoption of global CSI tools/capabilities in the region.
Skills and Qualifications
* Technical skills/market research and data analysis mastery, including proficiency in consumer research methodologies (Quant and Qual), market/sales/panel data management, analysis, and reporting.
* Experience with working with self-serve research platforms/dashboards and analytical tools like Google Analytics/social listening platforms.
* Proficient Excel skills and understanding/experience of data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.
* Ability to collect, analyze, and present data/insights in a clear manner.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

* Result-driven, planning-oriented, and business acumen-focused, with experience in process management, creative problem-solving, and peer relationship-building.

Experience and Education
* Minimum 7-8 years of market research experience gained on the client side and/or research/consulting agency.
* Relevant industry experience in FMCG, Beauty, Apparel & Footwear, and/or Retail brands.
* University/Business School Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
Language Proficiency
* Fluency in English (verbal and written).
