JOB PURPOSE
MSC Procurement & Logistics is seeking a proactive intern to support our F&B Operations Director in daily administrative activities and organisation.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity for the trainee to develop a range of professional skills that will be fundamental to their growth and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management: Learn best practices for managing daily administrative activities, including handling communications and schedules.
2. Document Preparation: Gain skills in drafting official documents, reports, and presentations, which are essential for any executive assistant role.
3. Project Organisation: Acquire skills in managing and monitoring projects from planning to execution.
4. Organisational Skills: Improve your organisational skills, learning to manage time and priorities efficiently.
5. Communication Skills: Develop excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, through daily interactions with various departments and the executive office.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Handling email and phone correspondence.
2. Supporting the management of the agenda and scheduling meetings as requested by the F&B Operations Director.
3. Assisting in organising business trips for the F&B Operations Director.
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Good team-working attitude.
6. Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
