Key Responsibilities
You'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the platform runs smoothly daily. You'll support both tenant and landlord groups, maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering growth. Specifically:
1. Account Management: Manage your portfolio, ensure successful platform use, and drive adoption. Lead pilot projects, work closely with key accounts, and identify potential risks.
2. Onboarding: Assist new clients with account setup and portfolio configuration.
3. Demos & Trainings: Provide platform demonstrations and software trainings.
4. Operations: Handle special cases related to invoicing and payment.
5. Client Expansion: Review performance, help clients achieve goals, and upsell features.
6. Customer Support: Provide top-notch support to tenants and landlords, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
7. Customer Service Automation: Develop our customer service to maintain high quality despite rapid growth.
Requirements
1. You thrive in fast-paced environments, familiarize yourself with new tools, and are driven by customer satisfaction.
2. You have a hands-on approach, accuracy, and efficiency.
3. You're tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and enjoy working with customers.
4. You have practical experience in the online sector, ideally in customer service, sales, or project management.
5. You analyze data and apply findings to optimize operational key figures.
6. You have a relevant bachelor's degree, such as business administration.
7. Your native language is German, and you're fluent in English; French is an asset.
