CLIENT ADVISOR
As Sales Specialist you will support the development of the client portfolio and enhance the boutique's performance, reporting to the Store Manager.
RESPOSABILITIES:
* Develop the local client portfolio and POS.
* Provide exceptional shopping and post-sales experiences.
* Implement store animations and boost brand awareness.
* Act as a brand ambassador.
* Maintain Visual Merchandising and stock standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3+ years in luxury retail.
* Exceptional client advisory skills and ability to build loyalty.
* Deep understanding of luxury customer service.
* Team player, communicative, and sales-driven.
* Fluent in English and French; other languages are a plus.
