Your tasks
1. Ensure the smooth functioning of the tool store and support the overall New Engines operations (GTF & LEAP), such as but not limited to: maintaining accurate inventory, issuing and tracking tools, managing the calibration processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, collaborating with various departments to meet operational needs, and controlling costs
2. Ensure the material availability for assembly of Modules and engines according to the daily work plan by participating the daily production meeting and planning the staff and shifts accordingly, being an interface between the release to service team and the engine & module assembly disassembly team
3. Assign work orders to employees, plan resources according to the corresponding workload, and monitor work efficiency
4. Organize and coordinate the required equipment, tools, and work documents and assembly material according to the rules and regulation of SR Technics, authorities and OEM
5. Actively manage personnel resources and qualifications to ensure order processing. Take an active role in meeting the training and development needs of employees and the department
6. Apply the Continuous Improvement methodology using Lean principles to achieve defined departmental goals
7. Review and optimize the processes under department responsibility
8. Implement the Performance Management Process (PMP) and play an active role in employee motivation development
Your profile
9. 4 Years technical / logistics apprenticeship
10. Experience in Engine MRO preferably in logistics
11. Minimum of 3 Years of experience in industrial manufacturing environment
12. Basic IT knowledge (MS Office, SAP)
13. English Level minimum B2
14. Readiness for two shift works
