Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement an annual education strategy in collaboration with the manager.
* Deliver training sessions on product knowledge, soft skills, and brand history and values.
* Conduct live coaching sessions with staff on the shop floor or digitally.
* Manage a digital education app and maintain high engagement levels.
* Track education and training expenses, reporting regularly to the manager.
* Organize logistical aspects of training sessions, including calendars, hotel bookings, and database updates.
* Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure effective training plan implementation.
* Motivate and support staff to achieve successful outcomes.
* Perform other administrative tasks as required by the role.
* Monitor training results and share feedback with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
* 5 years of experience in beauty category training, preferably in premium fragrances, with make-up experience being an advantage.
* Ability to travel 50% of the time across Europe.
* Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
* Fluent English language skills (verbal and written), with French and Spanish being a plus.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
* Strong organization, interpersonal, and digital awareness skills.
* Ability to motivate and inspire others.
