Job Summary
We are recruiting a Global Brand Manager Cadbury Innovation to lead the future of snacking. This role is designed to optimize how we lead on this iconic $5bn brand, building on its legacy and addressing the needs and wants of the modern consumer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.
2. Develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.
3. Offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.
4. Develop and implement integrated marketing plans based on deep consumer insights and innovation.

Requirements
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
* Years of relevant professional experience.
* Highly developed analytical skills, coupled with strong conceptual thinking abilities.
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to achieve objectives.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency with growth modelling tools and methodologies.
