Job Description
Finance Responsibilities
Process invoices, expense claims, and bank reconciliations
Assist in budget tracking, financial reporting, and audits
Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and local regulations
Maintain accurate financial records and support monthly closings
Operations Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
Assist with procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on operational matters
Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
The Successful Applicant
Background in finance, accounting, or business administration
Experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Fluent in English; French is a plus
