The opportunity
As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play an important role to attract the best talents on the market in close collaboration with our leaders, hiring managers and other teams. Understanding our business issues and imperatives and identifying and implementing Employer Branding and Campus Marketing solutions will extend your talents. Your key responsibilities
1. Manage and implement innovative employer branding strategies to increase brand awareness among students and graduates and promote our organization as an employer of choice.
2. Act as a project manager to ensure the seamless delivery of employer branding campaign projects from concept to launch, ensuring they align with the organization’s objectives and value proposition.
3. Develop and create engaging content tailored to various platforms, including videos, visuals, and other multimedia formats that resonate with target audiences.
4. Engage and manage stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of branding efforts with business objectives.
5. Support in managing and revising the career website to ensure consistency and relevance of the content.
6. Track and analyze marketing initiatives' performance metrics, including ROI, to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
To qualify for the role you must have
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or an education in Mediamatics (Mediamatik).
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing or Communication.
3. Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with different stakeholders.
5. A solid understanding of social media and digital marketing strategies.
6. Proven expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite for professional content creation.
7. Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create innovative employer branding (mini-)campaigns.
8. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing analytics to report, advise and optimize on results.
9. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
10. Very good written and spoken German and English skills are a prerequisite.
