The role involves overseeing test management for Swiss Post branches and self-service offers, from defining requirements to implementation. Ensuring early integration of test activities into the development cycle is crucial.
* You promote agile test principles and quality-oriented working practices in our team, empowering colleagues to take responsibility for quality and incorporating continuous testing into the agile process.
* In close collaboration with specialist units and development teams, you create test concepts and strategies aligned with product goals, ensuring compliance across all teams.
* You design and implement cross-cluster end-to-end tests for comprehensive test coverage, while coordinating troubleshooting processes with DevOps for efficient problem resolution.
* Defining, optimizing, and managing procedures for test automation and continuous integration ensures stable test environments and standardized test tools.
**Your Background and Skills**
We are looking for candidates with basic commercial or technical training, complemented by further education in information technology or business informatics.
* Long-term experience as a test manager in agile software development, combined with a passion for IT, enables you to tackle the challenges of this role successfully.
* Strong knowledge of software development and test automation, as well as a deep understanding of technical aspects, allows you to develop effective test strategies.
* Familiarity with agile methods like Scrum and SAFs, practical experience with tools such as JIRA, Xray, and Confluence, and strong communication skills make you an ideal fit for this position.
* Your ability to coordinate multiple tests simultaneously, work closely with developers and stakeholders, and foster continuous quality improvement within the development team will be valuable assets.
* An analytical mindset, structured approach, and excellent communication skills in German and English will facilitate your interactions with diverse contacts.
