Your Team
The BPM (Business Operations Solutions Platform Management) Support team assists our internal clients with questions about Pw C core applications and associated business processes. Our service covers the initial setup of projects and ongoing engagement management tasks: time & expense management, financial operations (accounting/invoicing/dunning/procurement), risk and quality assurance. We support state-of-the-art cloud applications such as SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce and collaborate with various team within Pw C Switzerland and the global Pw C Network. We act as a central contact point for support and service requests to all Pw C employees.

Your Impact
- Specialize in Salesforce, one of the leading solutions for CRM (customer relationship management ), including management of customer data, project offers and marketing activities.
- Support the project teams with our risk processes, e.g. engagement acceptance, risk/ independence or KYC (know your client).
- Handle and track requests in our ticketing system (Service Now) and be in contac t with our internal customers via phone or email.
- Work together with the various application managers and help with system-/software - updates, creating/introducing / documenting new processes and support with small internal projects.
- Take care of our internal documentation and the continuous maintenance of our knowledge management system.
- Develop your technical and personal skills with regular feedback, on-the-job training and further learning and training opportunities .
- Contribute to the team’s success; take on responsibility and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Your Skill Set
- Completed e ducation / apprenticeship in business administration or a related field, and ideally first experience in support roles.
- An understanding of the systems and processes for ERP (enterprise resource planning ) and CRM (customer relationship management).
- Specific experience with the mentioned applications (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage .
- Quick comprehension and analytical approach that allows you to understand and find your way around our technical applications, business processes, guidelines and policies.
- Fluent (written and spoken) in German and English.
- A service-minded personality who quickly respond s to the needs and concerns of our internal customers .
