Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve company goals.
* Identify and acquire major clients and partners within the construction and materials industry.
* Build and maintain long-term business relationships with producers and wholesalers.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and support sales campaigns.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
* Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements:
* Minimum MBA in Marketing, Strategy and Leadership, or Business Analytics from one of the top universities such as Harvard University, Kellogg School of Management, and INSEAD.
* Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior B2B sales role within a technology-driven company.
* Strong understanding of the construction and materials industry.
* Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
* Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.
* Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
