Job DescriptionAt Bruker Biosensors, we are committed to strengthening our customer relations team to promote our new innovative heliX and SPR #64 ‘Triceratops’ biosensors and are seeking highly motivated individuals to join us as Technical Sales Managers.ResponsibilitiesEngaging with high-level scientists about their research activities to identify technical fits.Developing opportunities to implement our cutting-edge technology.Promoting technology with the capability to fight cancer and other diseases at the forefront of next-generation drug development.Addressing advanced scientific instruments for high-end research challenges in academia and industry.Networking by attending conferences and trade shows, learning about technical challenges, and engaging in scientific discussions.Explaining cutting-edge technology in a comprehensible way through presentations and seminars.Coordinating technology evaluation projects and managing collaborations with scientists.Traveling within an international work environment.Being part of a dynamically growing team.QualificationsA friendly and outgoing personality with great team spirit and natural sales talent.Excellent communication and presentation skills, plus a keenness to initiate conversations.A background in biotechnology, biophysics, chemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or similar (BSc, MSc, or PhD degree).The ability to manage several projects simultaneously and self-organize using a structured, well-organized approach.Experience in one or more of the following areas is a plus: sales, biophysical methods for molecular interaction analysis (SPR or other), drug discovery, advanced laboratory equipment.Location & TravelRemote work position based within the assigned territory.Visits and connections with our office and application labs in Munich and Hamburg, Germany.50% travel involves business trips to customers, collaboration partners, and HQ in Munich.We OfferA fun and dynamic work environment with a young, multicultural team.Scientific training in the biophysical analysis of molecular interactions.Training in the sales process of CapEx scientific equipment.Competitive compensation and the possibility for rapid career development alongside a growing team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
