As a member of the Corden Pharma International team, you will be working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and other central functions such as Finance, Sales & Marketing, Legal, HR and Corporate Development.
Your Tasks
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth within the CDMO sector for drug products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, business development, and client relationship management, with fluency in English; German and/or French is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, primarily focusing on developing our drug product business.
* Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams (technical, regulatory, and project management) to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
* Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape.
Your Profile
* Proven experience in sales/business development within a CDMO or pharmaceutical environment (drug products).
* Good network in Europe within the Pharmaceutical outsourcing community.
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory requirements, and supply chain dynamics.
* Strong understanding of the CDMO market.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events within Europe up to 50%.
* Fluency in English is a must, ideally additionally German and/or French.
