We are seeking a talented individual to enrich our data analysis and visualization capabilities, taking our services to the next level. As a key member, you will design, develop, and optimize Power BI solutions to empower employees and drive business success.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain the stability of the Power BI platform, ensuring compliance with processes and governance guidelines.
* Collaborate with the Self-service team to steer Swiss Post's transformation into a data-driven organization, providing training and learning paths for staff.
* Contribute expert knowledge in business analysis, consulting, and implementation of complex requirements, optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards for smooth performance.
* Liaise with stakeholders to simplify processes, enhancing efficiency.
* Work closely with data scientists and engineers, mentoring internal and external staff, promoting knowledge exchange within the team.
Requirements
* University degree in informatics or business informatics.
* PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE OF POWER BI, INCLUDING DATA INTEGRATION, DASHBOARD CREATION, AND DAX CALCULATIONS.
* Ability to create complex data models and transform data from multiple sources.
* Familiarity with other BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and SAP Datasphere.
* Excellent spoken and written command of German and English; additional national languages an asset.
