About the role
The Specialist, Commercial Register Data Operations for Switzerland and Liechtenstein plays a pivotal role in managing and optimizing commercial register data. This position is critical for ensuring the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of data that supports various business functions, products, customer needs and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Oversee the collection, validation and maintenance of commercial register data to ensure it is accurate and up-to-date.
Curating Information: Responsible for curating legally disclosed and pertinent information about companies in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
Industry Classification: Apply industry classification based on the NOGA guidelines to categorize businesses accurately.
Business Case Handling: Handle a diverse range of business cases, including registrations, mutations, restructurings, capital changes, statutory modifications, deletions and insolvencies.
Customer Service: Provide expert and responsive customer service, addressing inquiries regarding commercial register data.
Database Maintenance: Maintain the D&B Business Database to ensure the overall accuracy and integrity of the data.
Process Optimization: Develop and implement processes to improve data handling and streamline operations.
Compliance: Ensure all data operations comply with relevant regulations and standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal and business units, to support data-related projects and initiatives.
Reporting: Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can effectively manage and optimize commercial register data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data management and a keen understanding of regulatory requirements.
You Have The Following Skills:
Commercial Skills: Strong understanding of commercial register data and business processes.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries effectively.
Problem Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulations and standards related to commercial register data.
Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, with fluency in another local language (French/Italian).
