We are looking for a Strategy and Management Consulting Intern for a period of at least 6 months in our Geneva, Lausanne or Zurich office.

Bring Your Expertise to Life
* Project support at the customer's site in one of our consulting teams
* Taking on small, independent parts of projects
* Collaboration in data collection and analysis as well as information gathering
* Preparation and execution of client workshops
* Getting to know the consultant skillset and our methodologies
* Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT
Your Qualifications
* Academic Excellence: outstanding master's degree in a renowned university or university of applied sciences in the field of economics, (information) technology, or psychology.
* Industry Knowledge: initial practical project experience related to digital transformation in the context of internships, a student trainee position, or a commercial/technical apprenticeship in one of our focus industries (financial services, consumer products, and manufacturing or life sciences).
* Consulting Experience: initial expertise in consulting and project management.
* Conceptual Talent: rational thinking and ease of combining technological understanding, strategic evaluation, and implementation work i.e., efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT. A structured work style with a fun approach to solving complex tasks. Commitment and self-responsibility to deadlines. Eagerness to learn and adapt in uncertain situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Communication and Presentation Skills: fluent in English (written and spoken). German (Zurich/Basel) or French skills (Lausanne/Geneva) are mandatory (C1 level). Strong presentation and moderation skills.
* Digital Affinity: very good MS Office skills.
