Your role involves:
1. Developing complex electronics for battery-powered surveying instruments, covering the entire process from requirements engineering, concept development, commissioning, and verification to series production.
2. Creating demanding circuit designs using ECAD and simulation tools.
3. Designing and implementing embedded sensor software in C/C++ for peripheral MCUs or application processors, covering areas such as power management, HMI, IMU, and camera modules.
As a specialist project manager, you will:
4. Coordinate and represent the specialist group within the core team.
5. Facilitate interdisciplinary development of solutions.
6. Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Requirements
9. You hold a degree (FH/university) in electronics/electrical engineering or a related field, possibly complemented by a Master's degree.
10. You possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in developing electronic designs with embedded software.
11. Familiarity with SI/PI simulation and thermal management is advantageous.
12. You have a track record of leading innovation projects, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of systems.
13. You thrive in collaborating with external development partners.
14. You exhibit networked and highly entrepreneurial thinking.
