About this job:
We are seeking a seasoned analyst to assist and report to the PartnerRe Capital Management Portfolio Manager (PM). This role will concentrate on portfolio analytics, structuring, and implementation, as well as internal and external portfolio reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provision of portfolio analytical support to PM for investment product development and optimization.
2. Creation and maintenance of financial models for investment products.
3. Working closely with PM and wider PartnerRe stakeholders, produce and check technical data for investor reporting.
4. Working closely with PM, Administrator, Valuation Services Provider and wider PartnerRe stakeholders, prepare data and models to value investment portfolios.
5. Working closely with PM, F&O and wider PartnerRe inputs, to build tools and automate processes to create reliable, regular and accurate insights.
6. Produce materials for investor presentations, pitches and due diligence processes.
Qualifications
About you:
Technical Knowledge
1. University degree (or equivalent experience) in physical or actuarial sciences; mathematics or computer science.
2. At least 3 years’ experience in an analytics role.
3. Highly numerate.
4. Familiarity with RMS and AIR software and data architecture advantageous.
5. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Excel.
6. Proficiency in coding R.

2. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and presentation skills; the ability to manage a broad spectrum of stakeholders, internal and external.
