Job Description
* As an Associate Director in the finance department, you will be in charge of the financial controlling team. Reporting directly to the head of finance and reporting, you will play an important role in analyzing the Group’s financial performance together with your team.
* Be responsible for the Group’s financial controlling, including:
* Implementation of a framework to monitor and control different products and services’ profitability across the Group.
* Cooperation with internal stakeholders to understand the different product data needs across the bank and prepare relevant financial analysis.
* Preparation of accurate reports and dashboards for various beneficiaries by collecting data from a variety of sources and presenting it in a clear and concise manner.
* Oversight of the preparation of monthly financial analysis, including close follow-up of the Group’s KPIs in order to ensure sound financial management and support strategic business decisions.
* Oversight of the preparation of quarterly financial reporting to the attention of the Board of Directors and other investor presentations.
* Performance and oversight of ad-hoc financial controlling tasks.
* Participation in transversal projects in collaboration with various stakeholders within the Bank.
* Be responsible for sales committee reporting activities, including:
* Preparation of the annual sales revenue budget.
* Analysis of the sales’ revenue accounting compared to budget and oversight of the preparation of the weekly reporting to the Group’s Management.
* Analysis of clients’ revenues and activities in our database.
* Preparation of financial information such as sales committee reporting and analysis and segment reporting as per IFRS standards.
* Close collaboration with senior management to support decision-making.
* Be responsible for revenue financial data quality in our data analytics database, including:
* Supervise the performance of data reconciliation between accounting systems, data analytics database, and risk systems.
* Oversight and implementation of data-driven financial controls to detect unusual movements and ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
* Ensure the maintenance of accurate documentation of all activities performed.

* Supporting employee growth through training, mentorship, coaching, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years track record in a similar role.
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics / Finance.
* Degree in financial controlling (for example Expert in finance & controlling or equivalent).
* Very good knowledge and previous experience in management accounting or financial analysis.
* Excellent command of MS Excel.
* Knowledge of Tableau, SQL, Power BI, VBA, and Python is a plus.
* Fluent in English; French is a plus.
* Good understanding of the banking business, ability to get the big picture.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
* Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
* Good attention to detail and critical sense.
* Self-driven with a “can do” attitude.
