LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Fluent German and English (spoken and in writing)
WORKING IN SWITZERLAND
Swiss B permit or EU citizenship (Shengen)
Your tasks:
1. Leading the "At Your Service" team
2. Independent work on the switchboard in a small team
3. Individual processing of various guest requests on the phone, by email or via mobile chat
4. Looking after guests at the business center
5. Forwarding corresponding requests to the appropriate department as the "heart of the house"
6. Guest correspondence in German and English
7. Maintenance of internal hotel systems and programs
8. Maintenance of our Guest Experience Platform
9. Acceptance and booking of room service orders
10. Processing guest inquiries in cooperation with reception and concierge

Your profile
19. You have completed an apprenticeship in the upscale hotel industry or have completed hotel management school
20. You are organized and structured and enjoy communicating in fluent German and English
21. You are resilient and a team player
22. Advanced IT skills
23. You have an independent and very guest-oriented way of working
24. Your head is full of ideas and creativity
25. You are ready to give your best
