HR Business Partnering:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with managers to understand their needs and provide strategic HR support to achieve business objectives.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Project Management:
- Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop project plans, track progress, and report on project status to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
- Previous experience in an HR role, preferably as an HRBP.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.

- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Language:
- Fluency in both English and French is required.
