Job Description
* Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
* Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
* Talent Management: Assist in the development and implementation of talent management programs, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
* Project Management: Lead HR projects from initiation to completion, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring successful delivery.
* Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by developing and implementing change management strategies.
* Data Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of HR operations in Switzerland.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
* French and English - Fluency
* Swiss labor law knowledge mandatory.
