Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Assets Business Developer to join our team in Geneva. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and driving the bank's digital asset offering, contributing to revenue generation and innovation strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop a comprehensive strategy for the bank's digital asset offering, including new coins/protocols, staking, credit offering, tokenization of real assets, etc.
2. Create a roadmap for product/service development and potentially develop a corporate offering.
3. Define business plan and prioritize each functionality.
4. Coordinate execution of the offering development with stakeholders and IT projects team.
5. Business Development: Define market strategy to increase clients/assets base using the Bank's digital asset solutions.
6. Execute business development strategy through leveraging network, onboarding new clients, establishing partnerships, and marketing activities.
7. Drive business development through expert role as single point of contact to front office colleagues for client or prospect related activities linked to the Bank's digital asset offering.
Your Profile:
Professional Experience:
1. 5+ years' experience in digital asset department of traditional bank, asset manager, or crypto fintech with commercial/business development responsibilities.
2. Additional experience in digital asset/blockchain industry considered a plus.
Professional Competencies:
1. Excellent understanding of digital asset ecosystem and its landscape in terms of products & services offering.
2. Good understanding of private banking business, investment products, and wealth management.
3. Excellent understanding of crypto legal and regulatory framework, particularly in Switzerland.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish contact quickly.
5. Ability to communicate and influence effectively and persuasively, including with senior stakeholders.
6. Past experience in client servicing activities would be a plus.
