We are seeking a motivated and strategic individual to join our Animal Health team. In this role, you will manage and develop relationships with our livestock customers, with a primary focus on the swine sector, while also supporting cattle clients. Your goal will be to build long-term partnerships and implement effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients in the swine sector, while also supporting clients in the cattle sector.
2. Drive customer acquisition and maximize sales potential in your region.
3. Organize and attend customer events, including trade fairs and conferences.
4. Continuously monitor the swine market, gather insights, and identify new opportunities.
5. Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory) to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies tailored to the swine sector.
6. Contribute to budget planning and monitor ongoing financial targets.
Qualifications:
1. Completed academic studies in life sciences or business.
2. Several years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
3. Strong background in the swine sector is highly advantageous; experience with cattle is also beneficial.
4. Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills; proficient in MS Office and digital communication tools (MS Teams).
5. Willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally.
6. Fluent in German and English; French proficiency is a plus.
