About the Role
As ADVANZ PHARMA solidifies its position as the primary partner for medicine commercialization, an exciting opportunity has emerged for a Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our team in Switzerland. The KAM will operate within the designated territory, focusing on sales, brand positioning, and effectively communicating the clinical and economic advantages of our products. The main purpose of this role is to take full accountability for ADVANZ's sales, local market access, and product adoption in the assigned territory.
Call on targeted health care professionals in his/her territory to deliver disease and product related information.
Report all information gathered from field interactions.
Develop key account plan and region plan, in line with Advanz strategy.
Deliver business objectives in a specified territory.
Effectively utilise and embed a blend of multi-channel tools to support customer engagement, disease understanding and brand awareness.
Create and implement compliant customer centric solutions which will drive business benefit for Advanz and benefit for patients.
Develop and propose innovative, customer-insight-driven proposals to the organization to develop the business at a local level.
About You
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to patients’ lives. For this role, you will also have the following:
Qualifications:
Full driving license.
Fluency in written and oral German is required, with understanding of written and verbal English.
Graduate in Business or Life Sciences related degree.
Experience & Competences:
Specific experience of sales activities in Rx market.
Experience with successful product launches in the specialty of Oncology, Endocrinology, AIs.
Results-oriented with excellent analytical, strategic, business planning, communication, and decision-making skills.
Advanced proficiency in at least 3 of the specified Commercial Competencies.
Proven track record in project management.
Knowledge & Skills:
Knowledge of the Swiss hospital and office-based landscape and their characteristics.
Understanding the need to understand and support patient pathway design.
Fluent in German and French.
Personal Qualities:
High degree of emotional intelligence and integrity at all times.
Learning agility and 'scalability' to take on increasing responsibility as ADVANZ grows.
Consistent demonstration and embodiment of company core values.
Result and action-oriented.
