Job Description
Our Central Finance and Controlling team in Pfaeffikon SZ is looking for a Student Support. This student position is designed to be a full-time role during the semester breaks and offers flexibility during studies with approximately 2-3 working days per week. This is a great opportunity for students who are able to commit to this role for a minimum of 18 months, ideally for several years during their studies.
In this role, you
1. Support the team in the quarterly retrocession and rebate process, which includes the calculations of retrocessions and rebates, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, answering ad-hoc client inquiries as well preparing various internal reports;
2. Assist in the monthly/quarterly management fee reconciliations process;
3. Support in annual budget process (with a focus on revenues);
4. Help out in various ad-hoc requests.
Requirements
5. Currently studying accounting, finance, economics or similar at Bachelor or beginning of Master level;
6. Excellent MS office skills, in particular Excel, combined with strong affinity to work with and ana- lyze data; data modelling skills are a plus;
7. Excellent writing and communication skills in English and German;
8. Previous work experience (internships or similar support roles) is a plus;
9. Team player with strong social skills and the ability to also work independently.
