We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a professional recruitment company that wants to launch its Swiss Office.
You will be the first employee in Switzerland, start remotely/co-working space and build your business. As you grow, the idea would be to find an office, and hire the first employees with a goal to build a small team of people over the next years.
Our client already has business in Switzerland, SECO licenses but needs roots on the ground to take their business to the next level.
In this position, you will not only have the opportunity to develop your career, open an office, establish the brand and start to grow the business in Switzerland.
Tasks
* Develop and grow the professional recruitment business through business development and client acquisition and account management
* After hitting the ground running, start to hire the first 1-2 employees and ideally be a team of 4-5 by the end of 2025
* Act as a brand ambassador when with clients, at events and on the market
* Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client
* Interview and evaluate candidates to match your requirements
* Deliver a best-in-class service on the market
Requirements
* Several years’ experience in professional recruitment within a recruitment agency on the Swiss market
* Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
* Complete understanding of the recruitment cycle, sales and business development
* An unrivalled passion for the industry
* English and German are essential
