Responsibilities:
* Client Consultation & Education – Assess financial needs, educate clients on wealth-building strategies, and provide tailored solutions.
* Sales & Business Development – Build and manage a client portfolio, present financial services, and expand your network through leads and referrals.
* Training & Growth – Complete licensing (covered by us), participate in virtual training and stay updated on industry trends.
* Team Collaboration & Leadership – Work with top mentors, contribute to a supportive team, and develop leadership skills for career advancement.
* Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives.
* Generate new business, close deals, and increase revenue by cold calling, on-site visits and sales tours, and community networking.
* Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads.
* Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets.
* Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships.
Qualifications:
* No experience required – Full training and licensing provided.
* Coachable & Driven – Willing to learn and apply proven success systems.
* Credible & Ethical – Professionalism and integrity are key.
* Strong Communication Skills – Ability to build trust and present financial solutions effectively.
* Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Ready to take action and grow in a commission-based role.
Licensing & Costs:
* State-Specific Licensing Fees Covered – Licensing costs vary by state but typically range from $50 to $300 for pre-licensing courses and state exams.
* Must possess a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired.
* Outstanding organizational skills and time management.
* Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry.
* Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
* At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Compensation:
$140,000+ Per Commission Rate
