Key Account Manager Switzerland
The purpose of this role is to manage retail customer accounts in Switzerland, reporting directly to the National Key Account Manager.
Job Description:
This position requires a strong analytical mindset and experience in FMCG sales. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or economics and fluency in German and English.
* Manage existing customer base and onboard new customers through effective distribution strategies.
* Negotiate with retailers to secure listings for our portfolio.
* Plan and execute promotional activities to drive volume growth.
* Analyze performance reports and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration/Economics
2. At least 3+ years of Horeca/commercial experience preferably within FMCG sales
3. Mandatory languages: German and English
4. Optional languages: French (considered as an advantage)
5. Strong analytical skills and experience using Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
6. Ability to analyze volumes and performance reports and take adequate actions with customers
