Intl Client Marketing Department
The Intl Client Marketing Platform Program Manager is responsible for defining the strategic orientations for the Client Marketing Platform, with the ultimate goal of maximizing engagement with clients and potential clients.
* Defining the strategic orientations for the Client Marketing Platform to maximize client engagement.
* Coordinating a team of business owners to ensure consistency and coordination of delivery and maintenance for different products of the Client Marketing Platform.
* Managing a team of two business owners in direct report and one external consultant.
This pivotal role reports to the Intl Client Relations Director and collaborates with various stakeholders including Cartier Central functions, Richemont Group Platforms functions, and External Partners.
* Cartier Central functions: Client Marketing teams, MCC teams, Retail teams.
* Richemont Group Platforms functions: LNR, Customer Journeys Products, Group Tech, RMS, RCS, and Group Functions.
* External Partners: Agencies and Tech providers.
The Client Marketing Platform encompasses various products from Client Database to client-facing applications and employee-facing solutions, combining in-house solutions and best-in-breed technologies from Salesforce, BaLink, or Sprinklr.
Key Responsibilities
The Intl Client Marketing Program Manager is accountable for the good development of the Platform within the Maison, ensuring clarity both within the Maison and with external stakeholders.
* Create and maintain a joint ambition on the development of the platform.
* Performance assessment of the platform and roadmap maintenance.
* Be the point of contact for RIC Group Platforms teams and LNR Engage.
* Contribute to strategic and transversal presentations (Strategic Plan, Committees with C-Level, Maison Seminars).
Drive Collaboration of Business Owner Teams
Evaluate priorities and needs of Business Owners and assess them in the overall interest of the program to maximize engagement and ensure compliance.
Oversee interdependencies and mutual impacts between Business Owners.
The Client Marketing Platform Program Manager gathers priorities and needs of Business Owners and ensures resources and coordination of roadmaps of the platforms in partnership with Business Owners.
Job Profile
Experience: minimum 10-12 years of experience in CRM, Marketing Technologies (Salesforce or equivalent), or Digital Agencies.
Languages: English & French.
