This senior role involves aligning IT investments with business strategies, managing vendor relationships, overseeing the overall IT service catalogue, and ensuring compliance with licensing agreements. The role is in the team IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and Governance. Collaborate with financial controlling and IT teams to align costs and investments with business strategies. Coordinate budget requests from IT teams and steer financial efficiency for value creation. Manage IT licenses and contracts, ensuring compliance with policies and standards. Establish and audit license management processes, integrating them into IT operations. Optimize license agreements in collaboration with Procurement, negotiating contracts, and monitoring market trends. Oversee procurement and management of contractor resources, ensuring optimal utilization and compliance. Coordinate the forecast resource needs, identify skill gaps, and ensure timely provision of resources. Analyze and report on IT financial performance, resource utilization, and license management metrics. Provide guidance to IT teams on financial, licensing, and resourcing matters, ensuring adherence to best practices and service management principles. Your profile Bachelor's degree in IT Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred.8+ years of experience in IT financial management, resource management, IT service management, or a strategic IT role. Experience with Software Asset Management, Licensing Management tools, and IT Service Management tools; ITIL certification is preferred. Strong understanding of IT project lifecycles, methodologies, and resource requirements. Proficiency in financial modeling and IT budgeting software. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build relationships across departments. Experience in the trading or energy sectors is an advantage. Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French is a plus.
