The Grand Hotel Kronenhof in Pontresina has a rich history, dating back to between 1848 and 1900. This luxurious hotel is a masterpiece of architecture, boasting both interior and exterior protected monument status, and is one of the most significant hotels in the Alps from the 19th century.
Pontresina is located just a short distance from the upscale St. Moritz, nestled at an altitude of 1800 meters above sea level amidst breathtaking scenery.

Job Requirements
* Create and refine exquisite pâtisserie masterpieces – from delicate desserts to exclusive event catering, always with the goal of enchanting our guests
* Contribute to upholding the highest quality standards – your precision and dedication ensure that every detail is flawless
* Actively participate in the preparation of seasonal and regionally inspired desserts, crafted with passion and creativity
* Support the smooth operation of the pâtisserie section, from production to presentation, always striving for excellence and perfection
* Ensure compliance with legal hygiene regulations, maintaining a safe and pristine work environment where quality always comes first
About You
* Completed training as a chef or pastry chef, with at least 1–2 years of experience in pâtisserie within a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment
* Passion for delicate pâtisserie, a keen sense of aesthetics, and a strong commitment to quality
* Strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and a structured way of working
* High resilience, flexibility, and dedication – you remain composed even in high-pressure situations
* Fluent German or Italian
