Atomic is an Amer Sports brand employing 750 people globally. This role will be based in Hagendorn, Switzerland.
SWITZERLAND, NETHERLANDS AND UNITED KINGDOM In this influential and challenging role, you will hold an important position in the Atomic organization, adding value to, and developing, the local Atomic Marketing team. We are looking for an experienced, structured, innovative, and pro-active Marketing Manager who’s able to lead and inspire a team across multiple markets.
KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Lead and develop the local Atomic Marketing team
Create and execute the local marketing plan according to the brand strategy
Plan and activate omnichannel campaigns
Own and track the local budget, according to guidelines
Develop the local Atomic Ambassador/Influencer strategy together with your team and peers across EMEA
Create a local media plan (on-/offline) and cooperate with relevant partners (PR agencies, global Digital Marketing Team)
Own and deliver marketing projects on brief, on budget and on time
Report, track, and act on key marketing KPIs
Plan and create joint marketing plans for our business partners
Define local market needs to Regional Head of Marketing EMEA
Act as an effective partner for local commercial teams
Implement POS and merchandising tools in relation with our business partners.
YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES: Demonstrable leadership and people management skills
Significant marketing planning and campaign management experience
4–5 years relevant marketing experience
Outstanding track record in developing, planning and executing marketing campaigns
Demonstrable leadership and people management skills

The ability to build effective relationships and deal with multiple stakeholders
A strong sense of team spirit and a very proactive work attitude
Extensive digital marketing experience
The ability to illustrate extensive marketing know-how / data analysis
Good knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Creative Tools and usage of CRM systems (Sales Portal, B2B)
Enthusiasm for outdoor (winter) sports
Good understanding of the B2B sector
German or French mother tongue with good knowledge of other languages and fluent in English
Willingness to travel
