We are looking for a Inside Sales Project Coordinator (f/m/d) Northern/Eastern Europe & Japan to join our company as an impactful partner throughout all stages of customer projects in industrial flow measurement.
What is the role about?
As an Inside Sales Project Coordinator (f/m/d) Northern/Eastern Europe & Japan you are part of the Area Sales Management team at the Product Center Endress+Hauser Flow. You collaborate closely with Endress+Hauser sales organizations located across thirteen countries. This role is about supporting local project managers and salespeople in developing project opportunities, shaping the winning tactics and quotations as well as ensuring a smooth project execution.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
1. Ensure the successful acquisition and implementation of customer projects, in collaboration with local project managers and salespeople.
2. During the early phase of projects, focus on identifying promising opportunities, understanding customer needs, as well as influencing the offering and pricing tactics.
3. Monitor the progress during the project execution phase and take, if necessary, corrective measures with the help of internal partners and specialists.
4. Represent the marketing and sales interests of Endress+Hauser Flow during international meetings or acceptance tests at the factory.
5. Identify potential for improvement in project management as well as in cross-department collaboration and actively help to implement these successfully.
What do we expect from you?
You:
6. Have completed your studies in engineering or engineering & management (FH/HF).
7. Have gained professional experience in project management or international sales and have worked in the industrial process automation sector.
8. Preferably you hold a certificate as project manager according to PMI or IPMA.
9. Feel confident in the use of MS Office programs, and you ideally have knowledge in the use of SAP and Salesforce (CRM).
10. Communicate fluently in written and spoken English and German, any other northern or eastern European language is an advantage.
11. Bring a strong task ownership mentality and a goal-oriented mindset.
