What we’re looking for
* Language skills: German and English
* Experience: IT or OT environments; both are a plus.
* Teamwork & independence: Ability to work both collaboratively in teams and independently when necessary.
* ITIL certification: Beneficial but not mandatory.
Your working area:
* System installation & maintenance: Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools across IT and OT environments.
* Automation & scripting: Create and maintain custom scripts to enhance system efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
* IT management Tools: Work with tools such as Entra ID, Active Directory, etc., to ensure smooth operations.
* Project support: Support a diverse range of projects, large and small.
* Security incident management: Manage security incidents based on XDR/SIEM tool alerts.
* Application development: Develop and improve applications using PowerShell and Visual Studio.
* Operational support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for a variety of systems and applications.
* MDM management: Handle Mobile Device Management with tools like Soti Mobicontrol and Intune.
