CURRENT OPENING: PRODUCT CONTENT MANAGER - ACMP
We are seeking an experienced Product Content Manager - ACMP who will be responsible for content available to our Partners worldwide via Whatfix (digital adoption tool) and Knowledge Base (Confluence or other).
This role involves managing documentation and feature releases announcements for ALSO Cloud Marketplace (ACMP) product features while working closely with the product and development team to follow platform changes sprint after sprint.
You will create automated platform guides and maintain them as the product evolves.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Create and maintain articles in Confluence or other knowledge base tools.
* Create and maintain content in Whatfix: on-screen guidance flows.
* You will own the Whatfix tool for ALSO Cloud Marketplace: you will create content (beacons, flows, smart tips), lead the project to integrate Whatfix and Confluence, and increase the ALSO Cloud Marketplace platform usage.
* You must stay updated about any platform changes to ensure content remains up to date and ready with new feature launches.
* Cooperate with teams across Europe to plan new content for Whatfix.
* You will create content in English.
* Ideally, you will also translate content to French and/or German. If these languages are not part of your skillset, you will cooperate with external translators to keep content up to date with all three languages.
YOUR PROFILE
* The ideal candidate has experience managing and taking responsibility for projects and a basic understanding of how various digital and content creation tools can work together.
* You have previous experience writing content about technical topics (troubleshooting guides, step-by-step instructions).
* You have experience with knowledge base systems.
* You have worked with Digital Adoption Tools (on-screen guidance, smart content within an app) previously, or are a fast learner.
* You possess proven troubleshooting skills.
* You enjoy taking responsibility, have a high degree of self-initiative, and overall excellent communication skills.
* Organizing your work efficiently and being driven by details comes naturally to you.
* You speak fluent English; French and German are a plus, allowing us to do translations in-house.
