Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all levels, including internships and talent programs.
Oversee the entire hiring cycle, from job approval to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
Provide expert advice to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and candidate selection, leveraging market trends and industry best practices.
Develop and publish compelling job advertisements that effectively communicate our company culture and values.
Screen and evaluate applications to identify top talent, utilizing behavioral assessment tools and data-driven insights.
Conduct structured interviews and assessments, applying fair and unbiased criteria to ensure diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment activities, building strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
Collaborate with HR projects related to talent acquisition and employer branding, driving business growth and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, including recruitment in Switzerland.
* Background in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, food, or manufacturing) is an asset.
* Fluent in French, with strong English skills (written and spoken). German is an advantage.
