For our location in Zürich Switzerland, we are looking for an CS Onsite Technician (m/w/d) must work onsite on a rotation scheme at our client’s two different sites in Zuerich.
S/He has to be able to understand the current setup of the IBM z/OS and the ADVA environment.
The technician has to liaise with the different client teams. Technician has to be willing to work on-call service (on rotation scheme).
Your responsibilities
1. Troubleshooting of IBM z/OS or ADVA hardware problems
2. Add/change/update support tickets at IBM’s web interface
3. Support Installations, Moves, Adds or changes of IBM and ADVA hardware
4. Work with clients tools (ServiceNow, Installation Tool, Cabling Management Tool,
5. Administering access rights for external technicians
Your profile
6. Technician should have a in depth know how on IBM z/OS hardware (IBM Mainframe Practitioner would be very welcomed)
7. Technician should have a good know how on ADVA DWDM hardware.
8. Technician should be willing to work in a small team (4 technicians)
