Your Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of external sales representatives
* Recruit new financial advisors
* Set sales targets and create development plans
* Support the General Agent in systematically developing the market
* Deliver comprehensive pension and financial consultations
* Nurture and expand your own customer portfolio
Your Qualities
* Diploma in the insurance industry (dipl. Financial Advisor IAF or Certified Financial Planner eidg. FA)
* Leadership skills and high motivation to drive financial advisors to success while serving as a sales role model
* Enthusiastic and persuasive personality with strong sales and social skills
* High performance willingness with goal-oriented and well-organized working methods
* Communication skills paired with negotiation skills and high customer orientation
