Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics Solution Engineer to join our team and support the development and implementation of solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in programming, finance processes, and effective communication. This role focuses on ticket solutioning, process engineering, and technical implementations within Microsoft Dynamics 365, working closely with finance and technical teams to ensure accurate and effective system solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical solutions and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, addressing and resolving development tickets.
* Engage in programming and development tasks specific to Microsoft Dynamics, customizing and enhancing system functionality.
* Collaborate with finance teams to design, develop, and replicate finance processes in Dynamics 365.
* Ensure seamless integration and optimization of finance processes within the Dynamics 365 environment.
* Create and maintain detailed documentation for solutions and processes.
* Support cross-functional teams with insights on process improvements and system configurations.
Qualifications
* Mandatory Requirements:
* Basic understanding of finance department functions and processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in finance-related functions.
* Fundamental programming knowledge applicable to Microsoft Dynamics.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
* Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
* Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
* Fluency in German.
* Advanced finance expertise, particularly in financial process engineering.
* Experience in process development and optimization.
