* Write persuasive and audience-targeted copy for marketing materials, including brochures, email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, case studies, and social media posts
* Develop clear, concise, and engaging ad copy for digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) that drive clicks and conversions
* Produce branded content that communicates the value and unique features of our products and services for both technical and non-technical audiences
Product Launch Support:
* Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to develop launch materials for new product releases, including brochures, promotional emails, website copy, and ad campaigns
Website Content & SEO:
* Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist and/or SEO experts to optimize website copy for search engines, ensuring content is both informative and optimized for high-value keywords
Brand Management and Consistency:
* Ensure all written materials align with the company’s brand voice and tone, which has been redefined through recent rebranding efforts
* Collaborate with the in-house designer and freelancers to develop cohesive campaigns that combine visuals and copy effectively
* Support the scientific content team by simplifying and translating complex scientific information into customer-friendly language when needed
Campaign Performance Tracking:
* Work with the Marketing Operations and Digital Marketing Manager to monitor the performance of digital ads, email campaigns, and web content
* Adjust and optimize messaging based on performance metrics, iterating on content strategies to improve engagement and lead conversion rates
Qualifications and Experience:
* Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
* Scientific background (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences)
* 3–5 years of experience writing marketing copy, ideally for technical or scientific audiences
* Native-level English fluency with strong storytelling and writing skills
* German: B2 level – spoken and written
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics)
* Comfortable working cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders
