Job Description
* Manage property and company accounts, ensuring full compliance with internal and local regulations.
* Reconcile bank statements and balance sheets for multiple real estate entities.
* Oversee receivables/payables tracking and assist in preparing tax assessments in line with legal requirements.
* Support the asset management team with daily accounting tasks, including P&L and cash flow analysis.
* Enhance and maintain reporting models, integrating property management data seamlessly.
* Coordinate with property and facility management teams and external service providers across Europe.
* Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding building maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
* Conduct on-site property visits as required to ensure operational standards are met.
* Manage document control processes and actively participate in ongoing projects.
The Successful Applicant
* Proficiency in German, French, and English (B2 or higher).
* Accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in IT systems and MS Office; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau is an advantage.
* Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
