As a Category & Marketing Manager for Gaming, you will play a critical role in building Logitech's brand presence and driving market awareness. Your key responsibilities will include:
Partner closely with sales teams and external partners to enhance Logitech’s brand visibility and market share in Switzerland.
Plan and execute impactful new product launches that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
Develop and implement annual marketing plans in alignment with the commercial lead and overall business objectives.
Adopt an omnichannel approach to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all platforms.
Work with account managers to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive cohesive marketing efforts.
Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Build and nurture relationships with key influencers to amplify brand advocacy.
Engage with gaming communities and partners to foster brand loyalty and deepen connections.
Monitor and evaluate the success of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to refine future strategies.
Key Qualifications:

A motivated, creative thinker with a few years of marketing experience and a passion for developing impactful campaigns.
Proven ability to understand business objectives, craft inspiring marketing plans, and execute comprehensive, results-driven campaigns.
Strong understanding of Gen Z lifestyle trends, shopper behavior, media consumption patterns, and social media engagement strategies.
Demonstrated success in creating innovative marketing programs for large global brands, from concept to execution.
Experience building relationships with communities, influencers, and key opinion leaders to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
Background in marketing within tech, consumer electronics, or consumer goods industries.
Proficient in leveraging quantitative data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and guide marketing activities throughout the product lifecycle.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage external agencies effectively.
Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire creativity and drive initiatives.
Self-motivated, high-energy professional.
Business fluency in both German and English is required. Familiarity with the German consumer market landscape is a plus.
