Job responsibilities
1.Cooperate with the parent company’s Financial Shared Service Centre for timely reporting and consolidation.
* Prepare local statutory financial statements and manage financial records.
* Assist in building the subsidiary’s internal control system according to HQ guidelines and ensure accurate reflection of financial and operations.
* Monitor and analyze budget execution, analyze issues, and suggest improvements.
* Handle tax filings, audits, and maintain relationships with banks and government agencies.
* Focusing on liquidity and risk management, ensuring proper cost controls and management of income & expenses.
* Support the development and execution of the BU’s annual budget and rolling forecasts. Prepare regular management reports with financial data and business analysis.
* Analyze costs, gross profit, and profitability based on SSC support, offering decision-making support to management.
* Act as a liaison between business units and HQ, ensuring smooth communication of financial data.
With the ongoing optimization of the financial management system and IT/ERP platform, the company is establishing a European Financial Shared Services Center with standardized processes, centralized management, and streamlined operations.
We are looking for a candidate with a long-term vision who will actively contribute to the planning and development of this center. The ideal candidate should also be willing to take on a leadership role, overseeing the entire team and driving its success in the future.
Job Requirements
* Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance related majors.
* More than 8 years of accounting experience including 5+ years of manufacturing costing experience.
* Proficiently use Microsoft office and familiar with SAP.
* Familiar with relative local laws and tax regulations of Switzerland.
* Familiar with IFRS and Swiss GAAP.
* Federal diploma in Finance and accounting or equivalent certifications preferred.
* Strong communications and coordination skills.
* Fluent English.
