A global leader in innovative access solutions seeks a dedicated Field Sales Representative (f/m/d).
Your Tasks:
1. Install and commission state-of-the-art access systems.
2. Troubleshoot, provide customer support, and perform maintenance work, including on-call duties.
3. Provide technical system support and commissioning for SKIDATA systems.
4. Monitor, maintain, and document installations (e.g., ski and event systems, network components, etc.).
5. Offer second-level support for technical issues, either remotely or on-site, and escalate them to third-level support or the manufacturer if necessary.
Your Profile:
* Demonstrate independence, reliability, open-mindedness, and commitment.
* Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Maintain a pleasant demeanor with customers.
* Hold several years of experience working with computer-based technical systems.
* Be familiar with IT network technologies (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
* Have experience using Microsoft operating systems.
* Hold a sound technical education in electrical engineering, preferably as an electrician or similar.
* Excel at independent and structured work.
* Enjoy communication and integrate well into a team.
* Speak fluent German, English, and Italian.
* Be willing to undertake business trips.
* Hold a Class B driving license.
